David Masureik
GROUP CEO

David founded NSE in 2010 and has been key to the group’s continued development as a pan-African leader in bespoke energy solutions.
His client-centric mindset and unwavering commitment to service excellence has allowed the group to retain and grow its longstanding blue-chip client base, often expanding into new territories alongside clients.
David manages group key stakeholder relationships and drives ongoing expansion into key strategic markets.

Tamee Sodien-Witten CA(SA)
GROUP CFO
Tamee heads the group’s finance function and has over 20-years’ renewables and financial services experience.
Her core areas of expertise include financial planning and strategy, capital allocation as well as governance, risk management and treasury oversight.
Previous to this Tamee served as a Financial Manager in the Old Mutual Group.
Tamee is a Chartered Accountant having completed her articles at Grant Thornton.
Dwayne Smith CA(SA)
CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT
Dwayne heads the group’s corporate finance, strategy, capital raising and special projects functions.
He has led large capital raisings with global and local private equity funds, DFI’s, family offices, pension funds and banks.
Dwayne’s pan-African experience includes serving as Executive Head of M&A for on Africa (Minet Group) as well as senior roles in various leading pan-African private equity funds.
Dwayne is a Chartered Accountant having completed his articles at PwC.
Albertu Prins PR ENG
GROUP CTO

Albert heads the group’s technical design and engineering team and has over 15-years’ experience in renewables and national grid infrastructure.
He holds Master’s degrees in both electrical and electronic engineering and prides himself on developing market-leading technical solutions.
Albertu ensures all solutions are of the highest international technical standards and manages a team of market-leading electrical, civil and mechanical engineers.

Ryno heads group operations with over 15 years’ experience in the renewable sector.
He has been pivotal in the development of NSE’s strong market reputation through an unwavering commitment to client service excellence and flawless project execution.
Ryno is a solutions-driven leader with strong interpersonal skills and a detail- oriented mindset.
Jason Crawford
EAST AFRICA CEO
Jason is based in Nairobi and leads NSE’s East African business.
He specialises energy infrastructure development across the region and is responsible for strategy, business development, project origination and execution across the region.
Jason is passionate about delivering client service excellence which has been a key driver in NSE establishing itself as a leader in the East African blue-chip energy solutions market.
